ENGAGEMENTS MADE Not a great number ol' riding engagements have so far been announced for to-morrow. It is doubtful whether R. E. Thomson will be seen in the saddle, lor he injured his shoulder when Gaze crashed with him at Riccarton recently. However, another day may make a difference and. permit him to ride. The following are some of the riding arrangements made so far: S. Henderson— Town Guard, Master Doon, Welkne and Acushla. H. Wiggins —Harbour View, Josie Melville, Whaka King and Athenry.
T. Chaplin —Sea Comet, Mash oar and Diamond Queen. E. Stan way —Syndicate and Hauturu. G. Holland —Golden Krist, Rapoa and Fair Abbey. R. Reilly —Wyoming, Sandbag and 4 Automne. E. Ludlow—Mountain Guide and Michael. R. McTavish —Day Guard, Te Kara, Takarunga and Fiery Lad. J. Sharkey —Simplicitas and Blue Sky. R. Syme —Pendavies, Ramblin’ Kid, and Wiltshire. R. Foster —Tinoiti, Tinokoa, and Captain Cobham. S. Cammick —Deliglitment.
