MAN WHO STOLE MAYOR’S OVERCOAT
CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. V LBERT COX, charged with tbe theft of the Mayor’s coat from the City Council Chambers, was discharged with a conviction by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., to-day, on condition that accused took out a prohibition order. Accused’s record of service in the navy and army dates back to 1881.
