OPPOSITION LEADER WILL BE ABSENT PRIME MINISTER’S REPLY (THE SUN’S Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Although the Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates has prepared his reply to the Leader of the Opposition in the Budget debate, he has deferred his speech in the hope that Mr. Holland would return to the House before the end of the debate. There appears little prospect of Mr. Holland being sufficiently well for this, however, and it is possible that Mr. Coates will have to make his speech Saßaa Jin< l allow discussion on the Budget to mm finish this weefc.
