HIDE AMD SKIN VALUES AUCKLAND MARKETS Hides making easier values, sheep and calf skins selling on a par with late sales.—These were the features of the fortnightly skin and hide sale held in Auckland yesterday afternoon. Prices ranged as follow: Sheepskins.—Half-bred, 12Ld; threequarter to full-wool medium, llid to 12d; 3d to full-wool coarse, 9ld; i wools, Sid to Did; J wools, 7id to Sid; lambs, 9d to 12d; dead and damaged, 6d to Bd. Hides. —Ox hides were mostly passed in at from Sd to S3d. Heavy cow hides made Sd to Sid; light cow hides made 9d to 9 3-Bd. Calfskins.—Best, 14id; seconds, lid to 12d; cut and damaged, 9d to 10jd.
