N.Z. ALLIANCE RESOLUTIONS t'rcss Association WELLINGTON. Monday The Dominion executive of the NZealand Alliance has passed a reaction urging the Government to atethe present law so as to throw upk any person charged in respect of usy motor accident and who shows ar signs of having taken liquor the omt of proving that such accident was r. caused thereby. A resolution has also been' p&ssk stating that it is neither right, rpolitic, nor justifiable in any way, f:• the State to afford legal protection aw sanction to traffic in liquor; that tr Legislature ought to remove all dir credited and obstructive barriers to clear expression of the people’s v. and that all good citizens should ct* bine to ensure this being done.
