COUNCILLOR’S PROPOSAL (Special to THE SUN.) CHRISTCHURCH. Moadav. If Mr. Clyde Carr is supported by the other Labour members of the Cb Council, the milk supply of Christchurch will be controlled by the couscil. He gave notice of the followir: motion at the. council meeting Iks evening: “That this council, believ ing the complete control of the city? milk supply by the municipality i* necessary in the interests of econor and health, instructs the city solicitl- - prepare the necessary leeislatir: for submission to Parliament dun: the present session.”
