SUICIDE IN ORCHARD After a week’s depression, following his brother’s death in England, William Charles Padgham, a contractor, aged 60, shot himself at his home, St. Leonard’s Road, Glen Eden, yesterday morning. He was found in the orchard with a gun beside his body. At the inquest held by the coroner, Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., a verdict was returned that Padgham had committed suicide while depressed.
