PRAYERS FOR GOOD WEATHER
Sir, — Considering the great rainfall during the past months, causing large numbers of men—farmers and gardeners—to find it difficult to do the necessary work for their livelihood, would it seem absurd to ask the clergy and leaders in the religious world to ask that prayers in the churches be offered for fine weather ? CHURCHMAN.
