FAITHLESS WIFE
DECREE NISI GRANTED Having a fondness for other men. Jane Calvert left Richard Andrew Calvert (Mr. Matthews) in 1900, and had never gone back to him. He therefore sought a divorce on the ground of desertion. The parties were married in 1900. but the respondent left home twice before going away finally. A decree nisi was made by Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court this morning.
