A NOVELTY DANCE

A novelty dance was held last evening in the O’Neill Street Hall, Ponsonby, by the Grey Lynn Labour Party. The hall was attractively decorated as a “feast of lanterns,” with a huge canopy of gailv-coloured streamers intermingled with balloons, the work being carried out by the social committee. During the evening the revellers made the hall a blaze of colour with their paper hats, streamers, confetti and balloons, about 60 couples taking the floor.
