LEAGUE PLAYER CABLES FROM WIGAN
THE well-known Auckland X League footballer, Ben Davidson, has arrived safely in England, and apparently everything has been satisfactorily settled with regard to his joining up with the Wigan Club.
Yesterday, Mrs. Johnston, Davidson’s mother-in-law, received the following cable-message from him from Wigan, Lancashire: “Everything settled, both well.— Ben”
