SAILING BARGE MATCH.—It is announced that it has been decided to hold a sailing barge race on the Thames this year, when prizes will be given to two classes of craft, namely, coasters and ordinary river topsail barges. The Corporation of Lloyds has presented a cup to be won by the first barge in the latter class to pass the winning post- The course of the race is from Lower Hope to The Mouse and back to Gravesend. The coasting class is limited to barges of not less than 70 tons net, the master and five other hands only to be carried, and the vessels to have been registered and in use prior to January 1 last. In the ordinary river topsail barge class the master and three other hands only are ,to be carried. ,
