“LET’S ALL SING”
COMMUNITY EFFORT AT STRAND ON WEDNESDAY Each Wednesday at the Strand Theatre the massed voice of community singers increases in volume. Next week it is, expected that the biggest effort of the season will be made, and, in expectation of it, Miss Renee Kelly, the charming comedienne, and Mr. Hylton Allen, of “The Last of Mrs Cheyney” Company intend to be present. The chairman will be the Hon. George Fowlds, the song leader, Mr. Vernon Drew; and the pianiste, Mrs. Osborne. The doors open at 11.30 and the sing ! will be held from 12.30 to 1.30. Admis- ! sion and song books are free.
