It was reported that the agreement regarding the loan by the late Mr. Mark on the totalisator building was being recognised by Mr. Mark’s executors, and an affidavit to this effect was being prepared. Trainer A. Cook was granted the temporary use of eight loose-boxes at the racecourse at a small fee. A pro forma balance-sheet and profit and loss account were presented by the secretary, who was instructed to have the annual accounts audited and arrange for the general meeting.
