The Clansman sails at u o’clock this evening for Russell, Opua, Whangaroa and Alangonui, and. returns again on Friday morning next. The Matangi sailing at 7 p.m. to-day for Tauranga. arrives back again at 7 "a.m. on Wednesday. The Rangitoto, leaving for Thames at 4 p.m. to-uay, returns again at 1.30 p.m. to-morrow. The Kurow is expected to dock on Wednesday and afterwards loads at Auckland for Wellington and Bluff. She leaves Auckland on Thursday lor Portland to complete her loading. The Waimea arrived at Auckland to-day from Napier and is scheduled tb sail at 4 p.m. to-morrow on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. The Kaimanawa is to load at Westport to-day for Napier and Auckland and should arrive here towards the end of this week. The Kamona, which loads at Greymouth to-morrow for Auckland, is expected to arrive here about Friday next. The Gunbar is expected to leave Auckland at 10 a.m. to-morrow for bays, Gisborne and Napier. The Mariand leaves Auckland on Wednesday for Westport for bunkers. Her future movements have not yei, been lixed. The Ikala, in continuation of her voyage from Montreal, is now to leave Auckland at noon to-morrow for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Melbourne. The Rimutaka has been further delayed at Dunedin and now leaves tomorrow for Lyttelton and New Plymouth to land the balance of her London cargo. The West Henshaw arrived al Dunedin yesterday from Lyttelton to complete her discharge of Pacific coast cargo. The Hororata, which was to leave Wellington on Saturday for Auckland was delayed by rain and now leaves this afternoon. She is due here on Wednesday.

DREDGE KORUA UNDOCKING.— , The Gisborne Harbour Board's dredge Korua comes out of dock to-morrow after a cleaning and painting, and completes her overhaul at Queen’s Wharf. She then returns to Gisborne. MAUI FOR WESTPORT.— The Gisborne Harbour Board’s dredge Maui has been hired by the Government to go to Westport to carry out dredging work at that port. The vessel, which has been undergoing an overhaul, undocks to-morrow. TEKOA’S MOVEMENTS. —The New • Zealand Shipping Company’s steamer j Tekoa, now at Gisborne, leaves toj morrow for Napier, Wanganui and I Wellington to complete her loading, and is expected to clear the last mentioned i port on August 13 for London and West of England ports via Panama. ATHENIC SAILS. —The Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Athenic left Auckland yesterday morning with passengers, mail and cargo for Southampton and London. The vessel was to have sailed at daybreak, but owing to thick fog she did not leave until 10 o’clock. SLIP AT SILVERDALE. The Northern Steamship Company advises that there has been a slip at Palmer’s Bend on the Silverdale River, and it is doubtful if the Omana will be able to make her way up the river to Silverdale this evening. THE KOTITI SAILS.— The exNorthern Company’s vessel, Kotiti, left J Auckland yesterday morning for Hokii tika. The vessel, which had been laid ! up since 1921, was bought recently by ! a Hokitika firm, which converted her : into a motor vessel for service on the i West Coast. THE CANADIAN SEIGNEUR.— The Canadian Seignuer arrived at Dunedin at noon on Saturday from Timaru. She is scheduled to leave there to-morrow morning for Wellington, where she is expected on Wednesday. The vessel should reach Auckland by the end of the week, and after completing loading operations will be dispatched about Monday next for New York, Boston and Montreal. MIRO FROM DUNEDIN.— The Nobel’s Explosive Company’s auxiliary vessel, Miro, arrived at Auckland this morning from Dunedin. She left the Southern port ten days ago and experienced a very rough trip all the way up the coast. The vessel, which is commanded by Captain Himaimen, is berthed at Queen’s Wharf. She carries a cargo of garden produce consisting mainly of potatoes, onions, etc. CAMBRIDGE TO LOAD. —The New Zealand Shipping Company announces that the Federal steamer Port Cambridge is to commence loading at Port Chalmers next Wednesday for New York, Boston, London, Avonmouth, Glasgow and Liverpool, including cargo for Manchester. She will leave Port Chalmers on August S for Lyttelton, New Plymouth and Wellington, Napier, Gisborne, Tokomaru Bay and Auckland. The Cambridge is due at Auckland on August 30, and will sail finally from here on September 3. • TRANSPACIFIC CARGO STEAMERS.—The Union Company advises the following movements of their steamers engaged in the trans-Pacific cargo services: The Waitemata, from Duhedin, arrived at Bluff on Thursday, and left on Friday for Melbourne and Sydney to complete discharge. .She is due at Melbourne on August 4. The Waihemo, from Dunedin, arrived at Bluff on Thursday, and sailed on Saturday for New Plymouth to complete discharge of her inward cargo. The Wairuna, from Ocean Falls, arrived at San Francisco on Wednesday last, and is expected to clear the latter port to-day for Papeete, Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne and Sydney. She is due at Papeete on August IG. The Hauraki left Sydney on Tuesday for Fiji, Fanning Island. Vancouver and San Francisco. Site is due at Suva to-morrow. The Waiotapu was to have left Lautoka on Thursday foY Vancouver and San Francisco. She is due at Vancouver about August 19. The forward loading dates at the Pacific Coast are approximately as follow: The Waiotapu will load at Vancouver and San Francisco during August , for Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne and Sydney. The Waihem owill load at Vancouver and gan Francisco during late August and early September for Apia, Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton and New Plymouth.
