GREAT CAMBRIDGE YEAR The twenty-sixth annual meeting of the Cambridge Dairy Company was held this morning, the chairman of directors, Mr.. M. Wells, presiding over a good attendance of suppliers and shareholders. The report showed that after allowing for depreciation amounting to £2,410 17s Bd, there remained a oalance on the year’s working of £7,481 15s 3d on account of butter and £5,179 4s Id on the cheese account. Unsold stocks are valued at £32,109 7s. The supply for the past year was a record, the company receiving 2,855,7051b5. of butter-fat, representing an increase of 110 tons of manufactured product over the previous year. For butter-making the company received 1,060,0971bs butter-fat, against 1,377,350 in the previous year, while the average price realised was Is 4.4 d, against Is 5.43. For cheese-making the butter-fat received totalled 1,828,7971b5, against 1,560,2741bs for the previous season, the average price realised being 7 1-Sd and 9.015 d respectively.
