HISTORIC ST. ANDREWS
79TH ANNUAL MEETING The 79th annual meeting of the congregation of the historic St. Andrew’s showed the very prosperous state in which the church finds itself to-day. The membership had increased by 11 to a total of 153 as against 49 five years ago. The year’s income was £l,Oll, collections and donations accounting for £623. In the past five years £1,600 has been raised for repairs and improvements. The honorary architect reported that to put a new roof on the church would cost about £4OO.
A presentation was made Mr. F. W. Matthews for his services as treasurer during five years past. Messrs. F, Austin, W. M. Passmore. C. A. West, H. Spooner, and A. Edwards, were appointed to the board of management.
