“BENEFICENCE IN UNEMPLOYMENT RELIEF”
Press Association. WELLINGTON, Thursday. THE New Zealand Farmers’ "*■ Union Conference carried the following resolution to-day regarding unemployment:—“This conference strongly supports the Prime Minister, Mr. Coates, in his attitude toward the unemployed. We consider he errs on the side of beneficence, as it is not the duty of the Government to find work for anyone.”
