RESIDENCE BURNED PRACTICALLY NOTHING SAVED Press Association. WHANGAREI, To-day. A fire in the early hours of to-day totally destroyed a residence on Portland Road belonging to the Bisset estate and tenanted by George Hansard, taxi-driver, who was away at the tltneMrs. Hansard and the children effected a hurried exit. Practically nothing was saved. The contents were insured for £l5O, but the house insurance is not available.
