August 3, 9 a.m. —Second round of championships. In conjunction, handicap bogey match: 1 p.m., semi-final of championships. Driving, approaching, and putting competition. August 4. 9 a.m.—Four-ball bestball bogey handicap: choose partners and opponents: 1 p.m., final of championships. There wiM be continuous putting. A
trophy will be given for the three* best putting cards returned during the tournament. EVERSLIE CLUB A match played on Saturday for Mrs. Platt’s trophy over 18 holes was won by Mr. C. S. Beechey, with a net score of 85. The next best cards returned were:— J. Dykes, 88; S. D. Rice, 88; J. Rhind, 88. EVERSLIE LADIES A match played on Saturday over 18 holes for Mrs. Agmen Smith’s trophy was won by Mrs. R. Lever with a net score of 108. The next best card returned was: by Miss B. MAUNGAKIEKIE LADIES' CLUB The L.G.U. medal match, which wa postponed yesterday owing to the links being closed, will be played by member*-, of the Maungakiekie Ladies’ Golf Club on Friday, commencing at 10.30 a.m. The C grade match will commence at 11.30 a.m. AUCKLAND LADIES’ CLUB The medal match which was to have been played yesterday by members rf the Auckland Ladies’ Golf Club was postponed until Friday.
