ANOTHER SHIP IDLE
MOERAKI LIES UP Press Association . WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The Moeraki which was to have left for Port Chalmers yesterday, was held up owing to two of the crew being absent. Before they would join the ship they demanded that a month’s wages be paid to them for the trip. As this is contrary to the rules, the owners have paid the ship off and she is to lie up here instead of at Port Chalmers.
