Pahiatua Unemployed.—As an outcome of a. local deputation, the Minister of Public Works, the Hon. K. S. Williams, has arranged for employment of local unemployed on the Pahiatua track over the Kange to Palmerston North. This road is used when the Manawatu Gorge is blocked. —Press Association.
