WOOL At the London wool sales there was a good selection of Merinos and New Zealand slipes. Competition was keen and more, general, and the opening rates were fully maintained. The New Zealand clip Wakio sold at lSd to 17d. BRADFORD TOPS There was a slightly better demand and prices were fully maintained: 64*s are quoted at 4s Id a lb: 60’s at 3s 9d; 56’s at 2s lid: 50*s at 2s 4d; 46*s at Is lOd; 40's at is 9d.
