“NO, NO, NANETTE”

Xannette” is just as popular as the day she first arrived in Auckland. Aucklanders who like light and bright theatrical fare are paying a return call on “Nanette” just to be cheered by miles of smiles and tripping feet, and gay songs and Elsie Prince and Jimmy Godden.

‘No. No, Nanette” is saying goodbye on Monday evening before the company returns to Australia. The season has been a wonderfully successful one. It is many moons since so much happiness was set free in His Majesty’s Theatre.
