SOLD FOR 785 GUINEAS TRENTHAM SALES Press Association. WELLINGTON, Friday. A sale of bloodstock was held by Wright, Stephenson and Company, Ltd., ut their Trentham stables this afternoon. The arrangements for the sale were in charge of the firm’s bloodstock manager, Mr. C. H. Robertson, who officiated as auctioneer. A number of Australian-bred yearlings were offered and practically all were sold, but the imported horses and racehorses in training were not in demand. The top Price was realised by the five-year-old gelding Lausanne (Valais —Courante), 'vho was purchased by Dr. H. Gilmer, of Wellington, for 785gns. Details of the sale of yearlings are:
