Halved in One
A golfing “miracle” was accomplished on the Royal Eastbourne golf course, England, recently, when F. G. Crompton and E. Macey halved a hole in one. This has been done on onlv three other occasions, at New Jersey, U.S.A.. in 1919, at Ramsgate, England, in 1925, and at Swinton, England, in 1925. It was two women golfers Miss G. Clutterbuck and Mrs. H. M. Robinson, who halved in one at Ramsgate.
