A BIG PRICE
FOR ENGLISH YEARLING AGA KHAN’S BOLD BID By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright LONDON, Thursday. The well-known Indian sportsman, the Aga Khan, caused a sensation at the Newmarket sales by paying 14,000 guineas for a yearling colt by Papyrus out of Sundart. This is 500 guineas below the sum which Lord Glanely paid for Lueensign, which never won a race, though he sired a few winners.—A. and N.Z.
