Mr. and Mrs. Nick Nash, of Wanganui, have arrived in Auckland after visiting in the Wairarapa and making a short stay at Rotorua. They will return South on Sunday night. * * * Mrs. A. Salmon, of Auckland, spent a few days recently in Hamilton as the guest of Mrs. J. Atkinson. Miss E. Hardy, of Tamahere, is spending a short holiday in Auckland. >;< # * Miss Willis, who has been visiting Cambridge, has returned to Auckland. Mrs. Caldwell, of Cambridge, was a recent visitor to Auckland. Mrs. Kerr, Mrs. F. Gibson and Miss F. Johnston, of Te Awamutu, leave by the Tofua on Saturday for a trip to the South Sea Islands. * * * Mrs t Hodges, matron of the Hanmer Hospital, is visiting Auckland, and is the guest of Mrs. W. H. Parkes, of Symonds Street. * * Miss Gordon, of Te Aroha, is paying a visit to Auckland and is the guest of Mrs. Kenneth Gordon, Ladies' Mile, Epsom. * * * Mrs. C. T. Moresby, of Timaru, arrived in Auckland this morning from Wellington, and will remain here for a few weeks before going to. Sydney. Mrs. W. H. Stedman, of Wellington, is paying a visit to Auckland and is the guest of Mrs. H. N. Robertson, of Remuera.
