A FURTHER REMAND FOSTER REFUSED BAIL Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. A further remand was granted to-day in the ease in which Joseph Foster is charged with the theft of a mailbag containing £IO,OOO from a Londonbound express. Mr. W. G. Riddle, S.M., refused bail, saying that it was not usual to grant it in cases where extradition proceedings were being taken. Pie added that there were other factors to be taken into consideration.
