The car hit the right wheel of the gig, breaking off both shafts, and then flew up the road and turned a somersault into the blackberries. The driver escaped practically unhurt, Mr. Holling, senr., sustained broken ribs and was badly shaken. However, after receiving medical attention be was able to proceed home.
