VAUDEVILLE AND PICTURES In addition to a large vaudeville programme, “Wolves ol' the Border” and “The Cave Man” will be shown at the Prince Edward Theatre to-night. “The Cave Man” is a film version of the Gilete Burgess story, so deftly directed Lewis Milestone, telling in rapid, hilarious action the story of a girl who tried to make a society man out of a coal-heaver, and succeeded in making him too good for his own friends and not good enougli for hers, until she realised that she loved him, and he carried her off in true caveman fashion. Marie Prevost, costarred with Mr. Moore, is a fascinating heroine. John Patrick plays a handsome social idler; Myrna Loy a beautiful French maid; Hedda Hopper a social leader; and Phyllis Haver her flapper daughter.
