LIABILITY ON SHARES Judgment for defendant, Thomas Watson, Okoroire, in a claim for £l6O by the New Zealand Meat Packing and Bacon Company, Co-op., now in liquidation, in respect of shares allotted, was given to-day by Mr. W. («, Riddell, S.M,, who, alter hearing evidence, said that it was obviously the intention of defendant to cancel his application, and he had notified the canvassers to that effect? If the instruction had been carried out the shares would not have been 'allotted.
