The Apia correspondent of the Associated Press states that the natives are aroused against the New Zealand administration of Western Samoa. The correspondent confirms the report that the Administrator, MajorGeneral Sir George Richardson, caused two high chiefs to be removed to an adjacent island, and says he had threatened also to treat similarly the whole-of the members of the Citizens’ Committee.
