PROMOTION EXAMINATION NEW ZEALANDERS QUALIFY Press Association. WELLINGTON, Friday. The Minister of Defence, the Hon. F. J. Rolleston, says official advice has been received that three officers of the New Zealand Air Force have been successful in passing the promotion examination “C” of the Royal Air Force. They are Captain T. M. Wilkes, Director of Aviation, Captain L. M. Isitt, attending a staff course in England, Captain J. M. Findlay, at present in charge of Wigram. These officers are now qualified for promotion from flight-lieutenants to squadron leaders.
