HUNTLY RESIDENT’S DEATH
Mr! Thomas McQuillan, who passed away suddenly in Auckland, was very well known in Huntly and surounding districts. Though handicapped by deafness he was a most entertaining personality and extremely well liked, especially among the Maoris, in whose language he was well versed. By occupation he was a bricklayer, and a finished tradesman. His sudden demise will be regretted by a large circle of friends here. His children are alll grown up.
