Too Many Parliamentarians. —During the course of a few remarks at Mr Mclennan’s meeting at Papatoetoe on Monday night, Mr. Waters, chairman of the Manukau County Council, informed the meeting that the countv was divided, among three Farliamentary constituencies and they also had another M.P. as a member of the council, and from his experiences amongst them it was hard to:say ■whether it was a. blessing or otherwise.
