MOTORIST WHO WENT ON GREY STREET FATALITY On March 25, Daniel Neale, an old man of 70, was knocked down and killed in Grey Street. Although the police have not relaxed their inquiries, they have never discovered the motorist who was driving the car which killed the man. Late on the evening of March 25, Neale was walking along Grey Street. As he neared the middle of the street A motor-car approached from Queen Street and crashed into him. Without waiting to inquire if any Injury had been done the motorist made off into the night with his lights out. Onlookers called out “Stop that man' but without avail. It was also stated at the time that there was a woman passenger in the front seat of the car with the driver.
