BEFORE WAIHI COURT (From Our Own Correspondent.J WAIHI, Tuesday. A youth IT years of age appeared before Mr. H. B. Dale, J.P.. at Waihi this morning, charged with breaking and entering a dwelling and stealing a watch valued at £2, and a revolver valued at £l. Accused was remanded to appear before a magistrte on July 5, the condition being that he report at the police station nightly. Another boy, aged 1G years, was charged with breaking i tid entering a dwelling by night and stealing a watch valued at 13s. lie was remanded to July 5. similar conditions being imposed. That makes the fifth boy appearing before the Waihi courts within a week, all the offences involving breaking and entering.
