The “Sydney Morning Herald,” referring to mechanical hare coursing says: “Many dogs are developin - great cunning in cutting corners cleverly, and the race is not always to the fastest.” It cites a case where the leading dog was following the course of a hare, and two other dogs cut the corner and beat him.
