A SERIOUS CHARGE

REMAND ON BAIL On a. charge of indecently assaulting a male on June 4, Francis Allen Coburn, aged 24, alias John Smith, alias Frank Coburn, appeared at the Police Court this morning, and on the application of Chief-Detective Cummings was remanded until June 27. Counsel for accused asked for the supression of the name. The Chief-Detective pointed out that there were other charges pending. “I cannot see any reason for making an order in this case.” said Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M. Bail was allowed at £ 150.
