SHE HATED ALL MEN INCLUDING HUSBAND

WHY WIFE LEFT HOME AN ORDER TO RETURN “I know of no reason why she should have left me,” sfated the petitioner, “except that she said that she hated all men.” “I take it that includes the petitioner,” said Mr. Dickson, counsel for petitioner, Frank Biss, labourer, of Auckland, who applied before his Honour Mr. Justice Reed at the Supreme Court yesterday morning for an order against his wife, Jane Biss, for restitution of conjugal rights. Petitioner said that they were married on August 9, 1920 at Glasgow. At that time he was in the Royal Navy. Later they came to New Zealand, arriving in 1925, and lived together until December, 1926, when she left him, going to live with her grandmother at Thames. Petitioner wrote to her, but she refused to come back. He was anxious to have his wife back and knew of no reason why she should have left him. A decree was made ordering restitution within 14 days.
