“IN A SHAKY CONDITION”
FORLORN FIGURE IN COURT Standing wearily in the dock, a blood-stained bandage round his tousled head, unshaven and collarless, Daniel Hebley, aged 31, appeared before Mr. W. R. McKean. S.M., at the Police Court this morning to answer a charge of being found drunk on the Queen’s Wharf, and further, with breaking a prohibition order. In asking for a remand, Sub-Inspec-tor Lewin pointed out that Hebley was in a very shaky condition. The man was remanded until June for medical attention.
