BUYING A HOTEL
DEAL WHICH FELL THROUGH DISPUTE OVER EXTRA STOREY Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. The case to enforce specific performance against Robert Duncan Benjamin, contractor, of Christchurch, of his contract to purchase the Trocadero Hotel was continued to-day. Defendant said that he contracted to buy a five-storey building. He considered the servants’ quarters on top of the fourth floor an annexe and not a storey.
