A PERMANENT BOARDER (From Our Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, Tuesday. Peter Colombo, with several aliases, a prohibited person, was charged before Mr. F. W. Platt, S.M., this morning with breaches'of his prohibition order, and it came out in evidence that this man had been in New Zealand 22 years, and had spent 17 years of that time in gaol. A conviction and a fine of 40s on each charge was ordered.
