Taxi Fleet Colours. —At Wellington judgment was reserved by Mr. Justice Alpers in the case in which motions were brought by Black and White Cabs, Ltd., for injunctions restraining two taxi-cab proprietors, members of the Blue and White Association, and two other proprietors, from painting their cars in a manner which the plaintiff alleged was calculated to deceive.
