KING’S BIRTHDAY HONOUR By Cable. —Press Association. — Copyright LONDON, Thursday. The birthday honours include a baronetcy for Commander Geoffrey Congreve. This is given as a tribute to his father, the late General Sir Walter Congreve, who was Governor and Com-mander-in-Chie£ of Malta for some years prior to his recent death.
