Manukau Club May Hold Big Cycle Road Race
The 50 Miles Championship
It is on tl~ e cards that the Manukau will hold a road race from Hamilton to Auckland during the coming season. The prize list will be a valuable one, and wi :h the number of riders at the club’ss disposal, there should be a record entry. The month will probably be September. The 50-mile Auckland Provincial Championship, will probably be held about a fortnight or three weeks before the New Zealand 50-mile event is run. This should be welcomed by riders, as it will give them a chance of going over the course prior to the big event.
