MR. SCOTT'S RETIREMENT C Special to THE SUX.) CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. As anticipated by THE SUN yesterday Mr. P. \\ . Scott, who has been the employers’ member of the Arbitration Court for many years past, will retire from that position shortly .owing to failing health and advancing years. Mr. G. T. Booth, of Christchurch, has been unanimously selected by the employers of the Dominion as his successor. It is probable that the change will take place w-ithin the next six weeks.
