BIBLE SCHOLARS’ RALLY

ADDRESS BY THE ARCHBISHOP His Grace Archbishop Averill addressed a rally of the Auckland Aglican Bible Classes at St. George’s Church, Kingsland, yesterday afternoon. There were about 160 young men present. The Archbishop spoke of the rounding off which religion gave to a personality. The Bible class was the best developer of the spiritual side and the real manliness. Unchecked liberty in a young man tended only to “animalism.” When a young man faced the question. “What wilt Thou have me do?” the Bible class training he has received enabled him to answer.
