WELLINGTON HOSPITAL

STILL OVERCROWDED Press Association. AVELLINGTON, Friday. Reviewing the past year the medical superintendent of the Wellington Hospital, Dr. Wilson, states that returns show' an increase in the number of patients treated. The increase is due. in part, to the unusual number of scarlet fever cases. The list of surgical medical cases waiting for beds average three a week. In spite of this the wards are almost always overcrowded. The new additions to the hospital, when ready, will relieve the congestion.
